Cancellation Policy

Please note I have a Cancellation Policy, and it’s important that my clients are aware of it. I understand that we all have busy lives, but when a client doesn’t show for their appointment, arrives late or cancels last minute, it can be detrimental to my business and my clients.

Effective immediately:

  • Clients who do not show for an appointment may be subject to a fee of $15 per each hour of service scheduled.
  • Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of $15 per each hour of service scheduled.
  • Please understand that I have booked a specific amount of time for your service. If you arrive later than the set start time I may not be able to serve you or I may not be able to complete the entire service originally booked. In this case you may be subject to a fee of $15 per each hour of service scheduled and you may have to reschedule.
  • Clients who meet any of the above criteria on 2 or more appointments may not be permitted to schedule appointments in the future.
